This summer, Music at Mount Pleasant returns for its 17th season, marking a special year as Mount Pleasant Group (MPG) marks its 200th anniversary.
Since 2009, this free, family‑friendly concert series has welcomed the community into Mount Pleasant Cemetery’s green spaces, transforming them into places of music, connection and shared experience. The annual series reflects MPG’s long‑standing relationship with the communities it serves and the evolving role of Mount Pleasant Cemetery as a cultural and communal gathering space in Toronto.
The opening concert on Sunday, June 28 sets the tone for the season, celebrating two centuries of service, remembrance and community connection.
